Cover: In fair condition but with an obvious coffee mug stain. There is also some creasong, a half inch tear on the right side and scuffed corners.
Inside pages: In very good condition throughout the album. The top corners are a little curled and there are a couple of small nicks to the page edges along with a half inch tear on the first page in the same place as on the cover. There are a few scores filled in and the middle page is loose from the staples. Apart from these minor faults the pages are very good.
Stickers: Nicely placed throughout the album with the odd one slightly wonky.
Staples: Originals in good condition.
